Hi! I’m Lena. I’m especially drawn to branding and publication design. I love shaping visual identities and crafting printed matter that tells a story. I enjoy finding the right balance between concept and detail.

Before jumping into design, I completed a Bachelor in Economic Science (Handelswetenschappen). That background gave me a strong foundation in strategy, communication, and problem-solving, but I felt the urge to explore something more creative. So I made the switch to design, and I haven’t looked back since.

During my internship at SOMEKIND studio, my passion for branding really deepened. I learned a lot about how you built a strong brand, collaboration, and how to bring ideas to life in a meaningful way.

Besides studying, I also work at the International Magazine Store (IMS) in Hasselt. Being surrounded by so many magazines helps me stay connected to the wider world of design—and keeps the inspiration flowing.
